I just wanna crawl!

Sorry it's been a awhile since I posted. I just don't know where the time goes. Yesterday it was 70 degrees so we spent a good deal of time outside. Tanner needed a chance to run and vent some pent up energy. We also worked on cutting and burning some trees and limbs that had fallen since last summer. Parker is 7 months now and REALLY wants to crawl. She can getup on her hand and knees and then falls to her face when she tries to move. She tried to pull herself up the other day and ended up pulling the toy table on top of herself. One of these days I'm sure I'll look over and she's taken off across the living room...then we will be in trouble.

Project 365

Here are a few photos I've taken this week as part of my Project 365.
Parker is now sitting up all by herself! Such a big girl now. It does make for easier picture taking though!

I joined a group the is doing Project 365. It is a project that encourages you to take a photo a day. I am starting February 1st but since I take a lot of pictures I tried to pick one a day since January 1. Here are a few pictures I chose for the project. I'll keep posting throughout the year. Hope you enjoy!

My baby is a big boy

Today Tanner attended children's church for the first time. He has finally outgrown the nursery and now attends class with the big kids. Okay, I can handle this. What caught me off guard was that I now was the mother of a hot chocolate drinker. In between church and sunday school we have a short coffee time. Looking around, you will notice adults with coffee and donuts and kids carrying around there little cups of hot chocolate. I now have a boy big enough to carry around a cup of hot chocolate in church! I don't know why this event stuck me. Maybe it's because I remember drinking hot chocolate in the same church when I was younger. I can't help but smile at his little face covered in chocolate donut and hot chocolate! I only wish I'd had my camera with me!
