For those of you who don't know, Tanner is an animal lover! He collects animal figures, books, and stuffed animals. As a reward he got to chose a new stuffed animal. He studied the shelves and picked up 3 penguins. I told him only one, so he carefully put back two and chose a little penguin. He carried it around all day and wanted to sleep with it that night. This is the conversation that followed:Tanner: "This baby penguin is sad. He misses is mommy and baby sister."
Me: "Where are his mommy and baby sister?"
Tanner: "They're at the store."
Mitch: "Do we need to take your baby penguin back so that he can be with his mommy and sister?"
Tanner: "No, we need to go to the store and bring his mommy and sister home."
